RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Some of the items of Joharcart are not eligible for Exchange .But However we believe in our Customers satisfaction so we provide free cancellation policy within after 24 hrs. of placing order. If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at +917014415678.
Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Joharcart. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately on receipt of your order. Customers should contact joharcart customer support on +917014415678 or write us at firstname.lastname@example.org in any case within 24Hrs of receiving the product. Joharcart will not entertain any Cancellation/Refund/Return after 24hrs of placing order.
In case of Return of damaged product after confirmation with Joharcart, our courier partner will collect the order from provided address (within India). Customer need not pay any shipping charges in case of damaged product. Once the confirmation for cancellation has been received the amount will be directly refunded within 7-15 working days from the date of confirmation of cancellation of product(s) at the warehouse of JOHARCART.
In case of COD (Cash on delivery i.e. when customer pays in cash once the product is received) if applicable to your order the amount can be refunded either through cheque or online transfer as NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer).
If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service Number. If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement if it is defective or has incorrect size.
