We do not accept any returns or exchanges on our products. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and designers, and keep the prices fair, all items are ‘’FINAL SALE’’.
All products are put through stringent quality checks before being sent out to you to ensure that you enjoy wearing your stunning purchase hassle free!
However, in the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong piece, please contact us at (email@example.com) within 24 HOURS of receiving your order and we will help you exchange your purchase.
HOW DO YOU EXCHANGE?
Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 75 towards your shipping costs. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt at our store.
Once we receive the product/s, our team will inspect the damage and once authorized, we will gladly offer you a replacement of your product. However, if we are not able to provide you with the same piece due to non-availability, we offer you the following refund options:
Refund options for you- The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways (ONLY IF WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A REPLACEMENT):
A Store Credit of the refund value in your Joharcart account, which can be redeemed against any purchase.
Cash refund via bank transfer into their account for all COD orders
Money back to the paid account/ credit card for all online orders.
Items that you return should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled
All original packing, labels, tags, jewelry care cards etc. should be intact
All Handcrafted jewelry have minor irregularities which add to the overall uniqueness of the piece. Please allow for these slight variation as no two pieces of handmade jewelry can be identical
We have made every possible effort to accurately display colors as they appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee display of any color to be completely accurate as seen by you on your monitor screen
We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.
