Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. If any item delivered to you is damaged/defective, it will be eligible for exchange/replacement depends on the availability of the same products and other circumstances. You may exchange/replace the products within 7 days from the date of delivery of products. For the process of exchange/replacement, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags and bills.
Any damaged product must be reported to us either by contacting at our customer support team +91 93585-57484 or writing mail at email@example.com within 24 hours after receiving of the product.
In case of return of damaged product after confirmation with Joharcart, our delivery person will collect the product from provided address (within India). The customer need not to pay any shipping charges in case of damaged product. Once, the confirmation for return has been received by Joharcart, the amount will be directly refunded within 7-15 working days from the date of confirmation.
