    Shipping and Delivery

    Once the order is placed by you, it will be shipped by Joharcart after confirmation of order. Joharcart team will notify you via Email/Message within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s) stating the courier tracking number, the link for tracking and estimated delivery time.

    You can track your order by clicking on “Track Order” under “My account” after logging to your account. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, Joharcart team make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 business days from the date of order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].

    All orders are subject to product availability. If any item is not in stock at the time you placed the order, we shall cancel the order and notify you regarding the same. In such cases, the refund will be made directly to your account via the same mode through which the payment was made.

     Joharcart is only partner with reputed courier agencies to ensure that the products reach you promptly and in perfect condition. We also ensure that the delivery is made to the recipient and thus require the identity proof for verification.
