We accept return and exchange only in case of damaged product or wrong product delivered to you. If your product arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong piece, please notify us at (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 HOURS from date of delivery and we assure you that either we will refund your money or send a replacement jewelry to you. In case of damaged or wrong product delivery, we accept return or exchange within 7 days from date of delivery.
HOW DO YOU EXCHANGE?
- Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in selected locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
- In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) to us. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 75 towards your shipping costs subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt at our store.
- In case of self-ship, please write us a mail on email@example.com share your necessary details to identify your return and reimbursement on return order.
- Once we receive the product/s, our team will inspect the damage and if eligible, we will offer you a replacement of your product. However, in case of non availability of same product, we will offer you the following refund options:
- The customer can get their money credited in their Joharcart account, which can be redeemed against any purchase.
- Cash refund via bank transfer into their account for all COD orders
- Money back to the paid account/ credit card for all online orders.
- The following situations will not be eligible for the process of return, refund, or replacement policy:
- If the original packaging or tags are missing.
- If the product has been worn.
- If the product is not in original condition.
- If product is used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled
All Handcrafted jewelry have minor irregularities which add to the overall uniqueness of the piece. Please allow for this slight variation as no two pieces of handmade jewelry can be identical.
We have made every possible effort to accurately display colors as they appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee display of any color to be completely accurate as seen by you on your monitor screen.
We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.
