We value our customer’s time & money and hence strive hard to ensure that our customers receive their purchased product in the finest condition, and on or before the committed timeline. In order to do so, we have partnered with some of the leading logistics/courier companies such as FedEx, Delhivery, First Flight, Overnite Express & Ecom Express.
SHIPPING CHARGES: DELIVERY WITHIN INDIA
Joharcart provides free delivery on orders above INR 1,000. The order below INR 1,000 will be charged with INR 50/100 as shipping charges irrespective of the order value of customers.
SHIPPING CHARGES: DELIVERY OUTSIDE INDIA
Joharcart will charge in between INR 1500 - 3000 for all shipping outside India based on the destination country. For delivery outside India, Cash on Delivery option is not available. Orders shipped outside of the India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Joharcart has no control over these charges, nor can Joharcart predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
A currency conversion charge of 7% of order value will be levied on payments made through Paypal.
SHIPPING POLICY
For domestic buyers &International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through Registered Domestic Courier companies and /or Speed Post and Registered International Courier companies as the case may be. The orders are shipped within 2-3 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post.
