Your jewellery should be stored in a dry place away from humidity, moisture and extreme temperatures.Store your jewellery in its own box or pouch to prevent scratching, chipping and entanglement.
Rings and Bracelet Care
Rings and bracelets should be worn sparingly to avoid damage through impact.Don´t forget to remove your rings when washing up or showering, as soap particles may become lodged in stone settings and crevices. Soaps can also leave a film over metal and stones, creating a dull appearance.
All Joharcart Silver is hand polished before sale. Exposed to the atmosphere, all silver is prone to oxidation and consequent tarnishing.Gentle rubbing with a silver cleaning cloth will restore the original brilliance of the surface.
Do not use liquid cleaners for carved silver jewellery as the liquid dries into the engraving.If you wear your gold-plated silver jewellery for significant periods of time, the plating will eventually wear down. To restore its appearance, you can have it re-plated.
Wear and Tear
Make sure your jewellery is not in regular contact with hard surfaces, which will scratch or wear down the plating or enamelling.
Never use detergent, soap, toothpaste etc to clean your gold jewellery.
When dressing, jewellery should always be put on last as make-up, cosmetics and perfumes can cause damage to delicate items.All stone jewellery requires extra care and consideration during wearing to protect the setting as well as to safeguard the diamond or gemstone it holds.
We offer seamless exchanges and returns in case you don’t like the product. A return request must be made by call/ Whatsapp on +91 9358557484 or you can also write us on email@example.com within 7 DAYS of DELIVERY of the order. The customer will be issued a replacement / refund as store credit as per preference once the returned goods are received and verified at the Joharcart warehouse.
HOW DO YOU EXCHANGE?
- Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in selected locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
- In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) to us. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 75 towards your shipping costs subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt at our store.
- In case of self-ship, please write us a mail on firstname.lastname@example.org share your necessary details to identify your return and reimbursement on return order.
- Once we receive the product/s, our team will inspect the damage and if eligible, we will offer you a replacement of your product. However, in case of non availability of same product, we will offer you the following refund options:
(A) If the original packaging or tags are missing.
(B) If the product has been worn.
(C) If the product is not in original condition.
(D) If product is used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled
